FEES FOR FILING AND INDEXING1 - fees apply to all new filings and any amendment(s)* thereof:

Filing fee (up to 100 pages)
$15.00

Plus any of the following that apply per document:		  
Additional fee for non-standard form $7.00
Filings which contain more than 100 pages $12.00
Addtional name fee for each name over 2** required by law to be indexed $10.00

*Amendments Include: Amendment to add or correct debtor name, amendment to assign debtor interest, amendment to amend or assign interest of security party, amendment to add or release collateral, amendment to continue the filing, amendment to terminate the filing.

**The law requires the names of any and all debtors, secured party and record owner(s) to be indexed.

1Filing fees do not apply to a record of a mortgage that is effective as a financing statement as a fixture filing or as a financing statement covering as-extracted collateral or timber to be cut unders section 9502(3). The recording and satisfaction fees that otherwise would be applicable to the record of the mortgage apply.

FEES FOR SEARCHING THE PERSONAL PROPERTY FILES - The information disclosed on UCC searches (personal property filings) will contain information regarding files in the Register's office through June 30, 2001. Effective July 1, 2001, realty related items are recorded in the real estate index only and will not appear on searches done by this office.
