1Filing fees do not apply to a record of a mortgage that
is effective as a financing statement as a fixture filing or as a
financing statement covering as-extracted collateral or timber to
be cut unders section 9502(3). The recording and satisfaction fees
that otherwise would be applicable to the record of the mortgage
apply.
FEES FOR SEARCHING THE PERSONAL PROPERTY FILES - The information
disclosed on UCC searches (personal property filings) will contain
information regarding files in the Register's office through June
30, 2001. Effective July 1, 2001, realty related items are recorded
in the real estate index only and will not appear on searches done
by this office.
