All Road Commission Board Meetings are held at the Otsego County Road Commission, 669 West McCoy Road, Gaylord, Michigan, at 1:00 p.m.  All regular meetings will be held on the 6th and 21st of each month, unless these dates are on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday.  In that case, the Board Meetings will be held on the following workday.

Re-scheduled and special meetings will be posted at least 24 hours prior to the meeting date.

Every regular or special meeting of the Road Commission is open to the public.
