Off Road Vehicle Ordinance Update Public Hearing - Updated 04-07-10

A public hearing has been set for June 8, 2010 on proposed changes to the Off Road Vehicle (ORV) Ordinance 09-03.  The changes include allowing ORVs/ATVs within the far right of the maintained portion of all County Roads within Chester Township.

The public hearing will be at 9:30 on Tuesday, June 8, 2010 at at the County Courthouse at 225 W. Main Street, Room 100, Gaylord, Michigan 49735.
