Kudos Award Nomination Form

If a County employee has performed a valuable service or gone beyond normal expectations, please take the time to fill out a Kudos Award Nomination Form for the employee. 

Every quarter, an Otsego County employee is chosen to win a quarterly award.  The quarterly award recipient is recognized before the other County employees.

At the end of the year, one of the quarterly award winners is chosen as the overall Kudos Award winner, and receives an extra day off of work.
