The Bus System receives 15% from the Federal Government and 39.25% from the State of Michigan. The Bus System receives funding from the County in the form of a quarter mill (averages $270,000.00 per year) and an average of $335,000.00 in rider and contract fares per year. Total 2007 budget is currently set at $1,600,000.00.
