Board of Review - The Board members serve three-year terms and hear tax assessment appeals in July and December, as needed.

Planning Commission - The Commission members serve three-year terms and meet the first Wednesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at the City Hall, 305 E. Main Street, Gaylord, Michigan.

Zoning Board of Appeals - The board members serve three-year terms and meet the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month, as needed, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall, 305 E. Main Street, Gaylord, Michigan.

Gaylord Downtown Development Authority - Meetings are usually the first Tuesday of each month, 7:30 a.m., in the Council Chambers of the Gaylord City Hall, 305 E. Main Street, Gaylord, Michigan. Call 989-732-4060 to confirm meeting date.
